Sewer and drain services
Sewer line repair, replacement and installation for Pasadena and Anne Arundel County
From a slow drain to a collapsed line, we find out what's actually happening underground before we recommend digging anything up.
Chapter 01
From a slow drain to a collapsed line
The same symptom can mean two very different problems. A slow drain might be a clog sitting a few feet down the line, or it might be the early sign of a line that's cracked, root-choked or partially collapsed further out. You cannot tell which from the fixture alone.
That range is exactly why we don't guess. We evaluate your sewer and septic lines directly and recommend the most cost-effective solution for what's actually there, rather than defaulting to the biggest job on the list.

Seeing the line before digging it
A high-definition camera goes into the pipe to identify what's really going on: root intrusion, cracks, blockages or collapsed sections. It's the difference between guessing at a problem and looking straight at it.
We also locate and map sewer lines without digging, which means the exact path and depth of a line can be confirmed before anyone breaks ground, whether that's for a repair, an addition, or simply figuring out where a line runs.
Chapter 03
Repair, replacement and trenchless options
Once we know what's actually wrong, we're skilled in a range of repair methods, including trenchless options that reduce property disruption. That matters on a mature Pasadena lot with landscaping, a driveway or a patio sitting over the line.
Not every failed section needs a full replacement, and not every repair is worth doing twice. We size the fix to what the camera and the evaluation actually show.
New sewer installation end to end
Complete sewer installation covers the whole process, from planning and digging through the final connections. We use quality materials and follow local rules at every stage, not just the parts that are easy to inspect after the fact.
The five-year tier
Underground sewer and water line installations carry a five-year workmanship warranty, the longest tier we offer. Buried work is the hardest to check on and the most disruptive to redo, which is exactly why it gets the longest cover.
