Where we work

Based in Pasadena, working the whole county around it.

Chesapeake Plumbing, Inc is a Pasadena, Maryland company first. The office sits on Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, the trucks go out from there every weekday morning, and most of a normal week is spent on streets our technicians already know. From Pasadena we work outward across Anne Arundel County and the towns on either side of it, for homeowners and for local businesses.

We have been doing it as a local, family-owned company for over 35 years, which is long enough to have plumbed, replumbed and repaired a fair share of the housing stock in these towns more than once. That is not a boast, it is just what over three decades in one county adds up to.

A bay-side county

Water on three sides changes what a plumber gets called for.

Anne Arundel County sits along the Chesapeake Bay and the Patapsco, and a lot of the housing stock here is older than the county's newer subdivisions. Older houses mean older water lines and sewer lines, cast iron and galvanized pipe that has had decades to corrode, and basements that sit closer to the water table than a homeowner further inland ever has to think about. That combination is why sump pumps come up so often in this county, and why a water main or sewer line repair here is rarely a surprise to the technicians doing it. We have seen the pattern enough times to know what to check first.
