Chesapeake Plumbing, Inc has been the plumbing and gas contractor people in Pasadena, Anne Arundel County and the surrounding areas call first for more than three decades. We are local and family-owned, which mostly means something simple: the same company that fixed a leak here in the 1990s is still the one a homeowner's grown children call today. That kind of continuity teaches you a place. Waterfront cottages near the bay, older homes on well and septic further inland, busy commercial kitchens that cannot afford a day of downtime, new construction going up on land that used to be farmland. Each one asks for something slightly different, and we have had the time here to learn what that difference actually is.
We work both sides of the trade, residential and commercial, rather than choosing one and treating the other as an afterthought. A homeowner scheduling a water heater replacement gets the same crew, the same standards and the same warranty coverage as a restaurant getting a backflow device tested before an inspection. Plenty of plumbing companies keep that certification with one or two people and route every backflow call through them. We certified the whole team instead, so whoever answers your call is qualified to do the test, not just qualified to schedule someone who is.
The same goes for licensing and insurance. Every technician who steps onto a property, residential or commercial, carries both, and every job is run with a focus on quality, cleanliness and safety, in that order.
